Everything is delicious, but the customer service could use more training.

This was my first visit, and I really enjoyed the turkey torta—it was delicious! The other two drinks were good as well. Please note that they only have indoor seating.

Fantastic service and delightful treats! Today, we shared a large cup of fruta picada, and it was incredible!

La Michoacana has really delicious ice cream! However, the customer service leaves much to be desired and they really need more training. Every time I visit, I order a bionico, but they end up adding too much sweet cream and only a small amount of ice cream. By the time I get home, the ice cream has melted into the sweet cream, and they also don't include enough fruit, especially compared to when the owners are there to serve. When the owners are present, they make sure to add plenty of fruit and ice cream — enough to fill the plate completely! So this was my bionico by the time I got home, and it was definitely not worth what I paid. I felt cheated!

Absolutely delicious! The only thing I would note is that the elote in a cup has great flavor, but it tends to be very watery, likely from the corn. It would be much better if they patted the elote dry first to avoid the soupy texture. Everything else was fantastic!
