Jersey Mike's Subs - Kenosha

We each got a giant a week ago. I got a giant tonite. Was asked if I was in the loyalty club I said no. Nothing further was said. Wonder what 3 giants get in the loyalty club? Cutting board was covered in lettuce. Employee scraped all the lettuce back into the lettuce bin. Unsanitary unappetizing. Sandwich was sort of cut in quarters but had to finish tearing each one apart. Napkins would have been a nice touch. The food is really good but the rest of the visit was pretty disappointing. Three stars because of the food. Rest of the visit was a solid one star. I won't be rushing back.

The food was good as always, but the music was in poor taste. Swearing and using the N word in a family restaurant is not appropriate!

Service was slow, but I understand; everyone was training. Overall very nice staff and the food was spectacular ?

Great quality sandwiches and excellent customer service! And a special shout out to Abby! Abby made a bunch of sandwiches very fast and perfect quality! Both of the women who were working at about 7:30pm on Sunday 8/20 were super awesome but I only caught Abby's name. Thank you both! I will definitely come back here :

The restaurant was extremely unsanitary. While I was watching them prepare my sandwich, I saw them take the tortilla off the wax paper and place it directly onto the bare counter. Then, the person finishing my sandwich put an extra tortilla on it but rested my bare tortilla across his arm, which was uncovered and hairy. I decided to just tell them to keep it.
