Huhot Mongolian Grill - Kenosha

Terrible experiance. I have been to this location plenty of times. 1 waitress working. Manager is stocking or hiding in the back. They dont do eggs anymore unless its wednesday or friday after 4. Its a stupid policy. Its the main reason I go there. Unless changes are made I wont see myself going back there.

Even on a busy saturday night, our service and experience was great. breanna was attentive and friendly during our meal. everyone was working hard to make sure the evening went well, and other members of the team checked on us, showing their dedication to customer satisfaction.

I ordered delivery but never received my food. However, I did receive a refund. The next time I opted for pick-up, but it took 45 minutes longer than promised. Unfortunately, my bowl was missing both meat and sauces, leaving it dry and flavorless. I had to go to the store to buy sauce to add some taste to it the next day. It's disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite spots in Kenosha.

The food was delicious and the chefs were clearly skilled. The restaurant, tables, and bathroom were all immaculately clean.

I want to give credit to the chefs, they do a fantastic job and my kids really enjoy it, plus they put on a great show. The waitstaff is always attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, I can only give it 2 stars because the last 5 times I have visited, there were no meat options or the sauces were empty, sometimes both. There have been occasions where a chef had to leave their station to refill supplies, causing longer lines and delays. It would be beneficial to have someone dedicated to ensuring the bins are always filled.
