Golden Spruce Lodging - Kenny Lake

Great breakfast, wonderful host\owner and very clean.

There are not a lot of food options as you head out toward Wrangell-St Elias. So when my friend and I stopped for a coffee and a bite we expected bad drip coffee and a prepackaged microwave breakfast sandwich. Much to our delight the owner had an espresso machine and her americano was great. Not only that, her made from scratch breakfast sandwich was one of the best I’ve ever had with a flakey croissant like bun and some sort of herb butter. What a surprise! We timed our departure from the park to ensure we would be here for opening so we could get breakfast one more time.

A very comfy cozy place with glamping experience and an awesome host. Absolutely loved our brief stay on our way to Wrangell NP. Very clean and well appointed cabins. The restaurant food and the service was really enjoyable, all single handedly managed by the host herself. I didn't know what to expect in this remote place. But we were blown away. Rooms: 5

We had a burger here it was warmed up microwave stuff and didnt taste at all but overpriced.
