The food is excellent, and the staff works hard to meet your needs. I highly recommend this place, especially since they are now under new management.

I had an incredible experience with the two young men working today, 06/09/19. I arrived almost at closing time after being turned away from Ivar's (after waiting since 8:48). Despite the late hour, these two gentlemen, whose names I didn’t catch, were busy mopping and cleaning for the next day. I selected some food they were about to pack away, and they kindly offered to warm it up for me, but I declined since I knew they were in the middle of cleaning. I absolutely love the food, but I appreciate the outstanding customer service even more. Wishing the best of luck to these young men in all their future endeavors!

While it may not offer the fine dining experience that some people look for, if you find joy in a delicious slice of pizza, you should definitely check it out. Situated in the mall food court near GameStop, Sbarro evokes memories of arcade birthday parties and spending time with friends. The pizza slices are generous, the service is fast, and the prices are quite affordable.

General manager Jesus was sweeping and did not wash his hands or put on gloves to get my food, was disgusted and told the cashier I was disappointed at the lack of hygiene from the manager, I refused to pay for the pizza and left. I attempted to call the 800 number multiple times with no answer and was unable to leave a voice message due to the mailbox not being set up. I'm disappointed and disgusted by this experience.

I haven 't even gotten my order yet and see already why the reviews are so bad. Firstly it says the location opens at 10 a.m., according to both Google and Sbarro 's private website. Apparently they open at 11 instead and just won 't update their store hours online. So I tried to order online, the website wouldn 't let me. After 3 calls somebody finally answered and said the soonest I could get a pizza was at 11:30 because I have to worry about the mall customers first he claimed. If I hadn 't wanted this pizza from fond memories of my youth I would have abandoned the idea altogether. Most folks won 't wait NINETY MINUTES after their website claims they open to the public for a pizza. It 'll likely be the only time I eat here. No wonder most of them in America have went out of business.
