Redrail - Kennewick

I haven’t lived in Kennewick for 5 years and I still think about the Raspberry Mocha from this place every day, almost. I’ve worked at Dutch Bros and other coffee shops but theirs is the best. Keep it up y’all!

Ordered a small, almond milk latte w/cinnamon powder. Requested that they make it at a “drinkable” temperature, as they usually make their hot drinks SUPER hot. They handed it to me double cupped piping hot. Had to wait almost 30 minutes to drink it, so that it didn’t burn my tongue. However, the drink itself was pretty good once I drank it. All in all, 3/5 star experience. But, always happy to support local.

I can't rate atmosphere at a drive thru. It is cool that the structure is a real caboose. If you do not know what you want to order the employees patiently help you get what you want. They will also happily feed your dogs treats.

Was an ok/good experience. First time here. I usually order the same thing at every coffee shop, and don't expect them to all taste exactly the same, but this one was way off. I like white mocha and this was too close to just mocha (like more of a chocolate taste). Maybe they misunderstood or maybe I was just expecting it to be way sweeter... I'm totally willing to try it again though! The line was long, we waited close to 20 minutes. A cute lil place, I love unique!.

Just went today and had a good muffin and good service but 2 different ppl did not really pay attention I said my order then say okay they got it got ot wrong then fix it but I said no wip cream 2 times and they still put it.
