Porter's Real Barbecue - Kennewick

Loud offensive service people. Only 2 bbq items available. Pork or brisket. Both were good. But Mac and cheese soupy, the coleslaw was just ok. Bathroom was not clean. Disappointing.

Had some brisket and ribs. The brisket was not really well trimmed, but the lady slicing the meat cut off all the fat cap without being requested for it. I've visited dozens of BBQ restaurants, but I've never seen that before. So honest business. And the brisket were flat cuts (lean side), so they should be dry if not perfectly cooked. But they tasted so tender and juicy. On the other hand, the ribs were very thin. I wouldn't recommend ordering. A total of 5 stars for the delicious brisket.

Customer service is amazing and the business is clean and welcoming. We ordered Brisket, Turkey and pulled pork with Mac cheese, baked beans, Slav, filled Jalapeño and rolls The Jalapeño were thin Serranos and the reels (hamburg bungalows) are not made in the house.

We just came here because my husband is the BBQ fan, not me. If I tell you it's delicious, I mean it. As always authentic / real BBQ is expensive so be ready to spend; but I gaurantee you will be happy with everything that comes on your plate. (I recommend the smoked turkey, it was actually my last choice on the menu because everything else had sold this evening and I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED NGL)

The same great food as always from Porters over the years. Stopped at about 12:30 and gladly there was no line to wait. Poppers were good as usual, but today the turkey was rather dry and not as humid as Ususal. I really enjoy their in-laws freshly tortured in dressing when you order, so it is still beautiful and crisp, and just the right amount of sweet taste. Service was fast and friendly, and the business was tidy and tidy.
