El Fat Cat Grill - Kennewick

We stumbled upon this restaurant while driving back to Vancouver from a road trip, and what a delightful surprise it was! Having spent over six months in Mexico, I can confidently say that these tacos were exceptional—fresh and with a modern twist, all at a very reasonable price. If you're in the area, you definitely need to check this place out!

My wife visited El Fat Cat with some colleagues and raved about it, so we decided to check it out a few days later. Despite it being a Tuesday morning, the place was bustling (usually a good sign). The staff was genuinely welcoming, and the food was fantastic! I was impressed by the variety on the menu; they offer tacos and tortas, but it's so much more than just a taco truck. The atmosphere is great, with outdoor dining and a lively vibe. Oh, and did I mention how great the food was??? Our meals arrived in a timely manner, especially considering how busy they were. I will definitely be returning, and if anything changes, I'll be sure to share my thoughts!

The owners, Felix and Jenny, are absolutely fantastic! They treat everyone with warmth and friendliness, making an effort to get to know new customers. It truly feels like you're part of the family here. They are also accommodating with special requests. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys Mexican cuisine. They offer a wide variety of taco sauces to suit every taste. If you haven't had the chance to try this place, you definitely should!

The food was delicious. We got the Fatt Bowl with steak and the Adobo bowl. We will definitely return. Even though there was a long line, the wait was relatively short. I thought it was awesome that they have a special menu for the high schoolers (thereis a HS next door). What a cool way to support the local community.

The staff are fantastic, and the food is incredible! The prices are great as well. This has quickly become my favorite spot—I'm totally obsessed! The coleslaw taco, Fiji taco, and Green Hornet are all amazing. Plus, the salsas are delicious!
