Cozumel Mexican Cuisine - Kennewick

I usually wait until I was at least 2 or 3 times in a place before I write a review, but this place killed my socks on the first stop. I've seen this restaurant several times since I moved from Texas and I'm pretty picky at the Mexican restaurant that I'll pay my hard-earned money for it. Although this place is a bit expensive, the food is definitely worth it! I found our food very fresh, authentic and naturally delicious! My fiancée and I ordered 2 cartridge Margaritas, Chile Relleno and her cozumel Fajitas (which is a combination of shrimp, chicken and Beef Fajitas) that came with beautified onions and peppers and tortillas. Customer service here was great and it was nice and clean like the toilets. My personal standard for any Mexican restaurant I visit is how good they make their Chile Rellenos. If the egg coating is not light and fluffy, I will not normally come back, but this place I will return and SOON!

It would have been five, but a little too salty, I got Fajita Nachos and the steak was low quality my son tried and said "that is not quite right" and he is not at all picky. But unlike this good service, free chips and salsa; the salsa was amazing, the beans were good, but DO NOT ADD SALT, it was by itself good, but after only a little addition it was very salty. I would come back here and recommend. And if the price is not important to you go crazy, it was $60 for four items, so be careful.

We came to dinner on Sunday at 7:30. The place was completely empty. The staff was nice and the restaurant was clean. I had the Pollo con Arroz, which was grilled above vegetables and rice with cheese sauce. It was pretty simple, but delicious. It came on a skill, so that the cheese sizzled, as it melted, all in a good dish. My mother got a chimichanga and seemed to enjoy it. I'm not sure why it was empty, but I saw several orders coming through. I definitely go back!

We had such an excellent experience tonight! It was Cinco De Mayo so of course they were sooo busy. We waiting a long time but understood. Our waiter was outstanding. I wish I would have gotten his name. He was so friendly although he was running a million directions. He gave us half off our drinks for waiting which was not necessary but appreciated. It was my nephews birthday and he got out a hat and put on the birthday song in Spanish and made it extra special. The food was so good and the drinks as well! They have a great menu, so many more things I want to try! We will be back! What a great experience that waiter made sure we had even on his busiest day! Thank you!
