Black Rock Coffee - Kennewick

Avoid going to the Hildebrand Blvd location. We switched to Black Rock because we were used to Roasters. The service staff at Black Rock is friendly, and we visit twice a day. However, the girls at the Hildebrand location are rude. We purchased a drink and asked for a refill in our last cup, but they refused. We left the paper cup on the bar, and the barista threw it back into our car. This is unacceptable behavior from immature individuals running the business. We are in our 80s and should not have to deal with this type of treatment.

Have my free birthday drink yesterday! the baristas are always beautiful and make all my drinks perfect! the black rock coffee is a bit more expensive than her roasters was. Make sure that your medium is now a 24 ounce size, I need to remember to ask a 16 ounce. the baristas are in the accommodation. in the production of their old favourite coffee (at least very similar) the baristas are not as attractive as other coffee shops (her and others), but they improve. comfortable location on the autobahn, quickly get in and out! be diligent about their surroundings, as the shop is on the parking lot next to a mid-rated hotel, and sometimes some shady people hang around the parking lot. but I am always careful with the increase of the crime.

I had a great experience with her employee tianna! she was very busy as the only employee in the time, but was very human and just a great person in the whole environment. I work next to them, but I was just there a few times, after my experience with her I will definitely go back! my only problem is that this facility is quite busy, from what I have seen and possibly with 2 people for a part of the night shift would be useful.

Black rock has always been my favorite coffee place. They had one location in Seattle. I’m happy they have ones in Tri cities now

This restaurant used to be a roastery, but has since switched and now serves terrible coffee. It is misleading to rely on previous reviews from when it was a roastery.
