Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Their chicken tenders are great. However, only 4 stars because this location always seems to forget my coleslaw.

Cold food. mold cup. Bad customer service skills. To order used app, try to follow directions, but directions were confusing. So tried to call and get clarity, but they were short and a bit rude, not to understand that I was trying hard to follow through. Totally disappointed.

Since I went here for wrong orders. This time I tried to order online at 530 for a later pickup request from 6 o'clock. Around 610 rubbed and my ticket had not even been pulled to start! This place lacks historical management of an adult. It is a bunch of young children hanging with their friends, the chicken sling without attention to detail. Let's see if they get the order this time. All together!

Terrible, waited 20 minutes, food was burned, wrong and cold. It wasn't my time to get back money. One of the boxes had 2 pennies in it. Awful, went from food there quite often to never again.

I have the voice sandwich meal. The chicken was very dry. Bread was old and the sandwich sat for a while. I know it's fast food, but I expected them better.
