Del Taco - Kennesaw

I'm thrilled that there are more Del Taco locations to enjoy such delicious food. The salads are absolutely fantastic! I can't wait to come back again and again!

Like many fast food restaurants, they are facing staffing shortages. The dining area is closed. However, despite these challenges, they serve excellent food. I want to give a BIG shoutout to Esperanza. She is fantastic at communication. I could clearly hear her through the speaker, and she understood me perfectly. In many other places, the person on the intercom seems to have trouble hearing, leading to incorrect orders. But not Esperanza—she repeated my order back to me accurately. Then she asked if I wanted any drinks. At the window, she greeted me with a smile and was genuinely cheerful. I didn't encounter any of that awkward customer service that can happen elsewhere. Esperanza is perfect for this role, especially at such a busy time. I wish them great success in their efforts. She deserves a shoutout for being hired; while skills can be taught, a great attitude is hard to come by.

I probably hadn’t eaten at Del Taco in 20 years, but after 1:00 AM, it was the only place open. We were pleasantly surprised! The menu has changed significantly and the selection has greatly improved! Del Taco now offers a wide variety of delicious and very affordable food options. I tried the Jumbo shrimp qudilla tacos, and they were absolutely AMAZING! My wife ordered the epic loaded queso burrito with chicken and devoured it so quickly that I had to ask if she even tasted it! She couldn’t stop raving about how good it was! The service was fast, friendly, and professional. We highly recommend this Del Taco location – you definitely won’t regret it!

My kidnapper and I stopped an evening. It was a long day, and we just needed something quick to finish our day. As with most places throughout the country, staff shortages are very common. Waiting was much longer than we expected and when we got our food, we just wanted to go home. I usually control before leaving the parking lot, but after a quick look into the bag I thought and hoped it was all there. We soon discovered several items missing in our order. Luckily the app (which I had just downloaded and used) save the order information that allowed me to check items. I called the number that is listed and thankfully someone (Diana) replied. She was so apologetic and gave excellent customer service. She went beyond and beyond to make the situation right - a pleasant surprise from the service and the care I receive from ordering fast food businesses in our neighborhood. We are a family of six, so my orders tend to be on the larger side. A recent example was Panera Bread. I am really impressed by the care I received tonight and hope Díana is recognized for her strong work ethics.

I get Del Taco before I head in to work at night. For that I have to do the drive-thru. I enjoy the quesadilla tacos. These fill me up enough that I can make it through the whole night. The cashier always has me leaving with a smile. The line tends to be long but just lets me know we are on the same taste bud page.
