Burger King - Kennesaw

The best burger in town! Although the dining room is currently closed, you can still enjoy your meal by eating in your car.

The food was excellent, but placing phone orders was quite challenging.

This made me uneasy, as I have experienced credit card skimming at a restaurant before. Unfortunately, just three hours later, I received a text from my bank notifying me of 12 suspicious Walmart transactions that were declined, ranging from $21 to $1,047! Thankfully, the fraud detection technology worked, but this clearly indicates that the owner or manager of this location has TERRIBLE oversight. I will never return.

This location proves time and time again they can?t get a simple order correct. This morning I went here to get breakfast and wanted French toast sticks. The lady in the drive thru mumbled in her earpiece and refused to speak clearly. I said ?5 piece? and she said pull up to the 2nd window. I said well I have more to order and she sat in silence. I said ?I do have more to order? and a second voice came on with an attitude and said ?will you just give us your order!? as if I was holding my order hostage... maybe speak clearly so someone can hear you? Just a thought. Extremely rude and I can gladly say I won?t be returning.

I went for a crispy chicken salad which costs 5.99. I get them regularly, so I know size and price. Came home took out my salad and it was a side salad with chicken. I did not just pay 6 bucks for a side salad with chicken. Then to top it off, they never gave me any dressing. Every time I go to this location they can't seem to get it together. Pay the hell attention. And, they are rude.
