Contribuiți la feedbackIt's frustrating when restaurants advertise certain items on their online menu or on the wall but then don't actually serve them. Honestly, how difficult is it to just take some eggs out and warm them up? It feels incredibly lazy.
I tried to get a refund for an accidental double charge, but the staff member wouldn't help me, so now I'm waiting for the owner to arrive. I noticed she didn't call or text him, but she mentioned he would be here in about 10-15 minutes. Unfortunately, this location often has issues with being understaffed, getting my order wrong, or not allowing extra veggies. In the future, I plan to visit a different location and would recommend others do the same.
My boyfriend and I ordered pizzas, but the server rolled her eyes and didn't bother to ask us what toppings we wanted. Instead, she put a plain pizza in the microwave, even though I know they are supposed to go in the toaster oven. Frustrated, we decided to leave because she was too busy chatting with her coworker. This isn't the first time I've experienced poor service from her. I think it's time to reconsider the staff working the evening shift at this Subway at 5:50 PM, as they consistently move slowly and have a bad attitude.
The staff at this Subway seemed unmotivated, and I experienced racist treatment directed towards two Latina customers. Workers in any establishment should provide good service, as it's the customers who keep the business going. If you’re unhappy with your job, it's better to resign than to treat customers poorly. While the food was good, the negative attitude and subpar service left a bad impression.
The entire experience was awful. The owner was rude and unprofessional, and it’s no surprise that the turnover rate is so high there. She could have handled the situation in a much more positive way, as her behavior was completely uncalled for. I will not be returning, and I'll make sure to inform my teammates and others about the horrendous customer service I experienced, encouraging them to stay away from this Subway. They do not deserve our business.
