Sno-balls Ice Cream - Kenner

I visited this restaurant on a Friday night and was disappointed right from the start. Upon entering, I wasn't greeted at all, nor did anyone thank me after I paid my tip. There were three staff members working, yet I noticed two customers waiting for their orders—both of them had only ordered for one person. I decided to try the chili nachos, but I was let down by the long wait time and, when they finally arrived, the excessive amount of cheese poured over the chips only made the tiny portion of chili served look even more embarrassing. Overall, my experience was lacking in both service and food quality.

The best shakes and malts in the state! Be prepared for a line, as it's a small operation and everything is made fresh to order. Many people visit for the snowballs, thanks to their extensive range of flavors. They also offer sunny days and various other treats. That's all there is to it!

This restaurant has completely shifted my perspective on food and how I see the world. Thank you for this incredible experience!

Beautiful little snowball court in walking distance from me. The only negative is how it ran during the Kovid. They stood outside with a mask on the heat of HOT Louisiana and waited for your snow cone!

My friend took me to flavors for the 1st time and I was impressed. They always have a little wait but it's worth it. The ice is soft they have a very good list of flavors. They also have soft serve dole and water ice (Italian ice) and both are delicious. I will definitely visit again
