Ihop - Kenner

There is no hop to this IHOP it's all I. Because Joana told me that I am the only one here when I asked if I can get some help. She also got loud and disrespectful with the manager Darlene all loud and obnoxious right in front of all the customers when she came out to help me. Terrible customer service and it's not the first time. I tried giving this place three tries but one scenario after the other every time.

Came in a little before midnight, waitress was nice friendly. Food was made to order. Business was slow but it was nice having a section all to ourselves.

Food was what you expect from an IHOP, mediocre but fulfilling. However, the staff is so kind and nice. Would come again.

The worst customer service and staff I've had in a very long time. Orders are never correct....food served cold along with cold attitudes from the staff. Go to Waffle House.

Waitress was great! Bathrooms were filthy and kitchen staff argued loudly.
