Little Caesars Pizza - Kennedale

I placed an online order for pickup, but ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes past the scheduled collection time. Despite receiving an email stating my order was ready, when I arrived it was not prepared. There were 10 people waiting either to pick up orders or place new ones, and even a delivery person was left waiting due to the delay. Many customers ultimately left because of the long wait times.

Looking for a hot and delicious meal? Look elsewhere because this place is both rude and unappetizing. The inexperienced staff is left to fend for themselves, resulting in no food being prepared as promised. The rude and unapologetic demeanor of the staff, along with the dirty store, makes this place a regrettable choice for dining. I suggest seeking out a different pizza place for a better dining experience.

Last Saturday night, I ordered a regular Hot n Ready pizza. However, when I got home, I noticed that there was no pizza sauce on the pizza. I attempted to call the restaurant multiple times, but unfortunately, no one picked up.

I wanted to pick up my order that I made online. they forgot my order, but only after home noticed. I tried to call them several times and no one will answer the phone. they were not busy when I was up there, so I don't know why the phone is not answered and why my order was not complete.

Yall gotta slow down when making the pizza and remember to make sure u cut them straight and all the way through. Love yalls pizza, always come and get a slices and Stix and they are almost never cut correctly.
