Contribuiți la feedbackCame to Denny's to have dinner after a long day on the road and the Manager Tasha was very unprofessional. She rolled her eyes when a new employee let her know we wanted more tea and kept walking. I found our waiter to let her know myself. She was at the front stocking. Staff members were loud and playing music loud in the back. Some staff members had mask on and some didn't. I can say my waitress was very nice. Forgot her name but she had dreadlocks.
I had the Grand Slam breakfast, and it was just as good as always. The waitress, who I believe was named Pansy, was excellent.
They followed all Covid protocols. Everything was perfect. Very fast experience. There was 1 guy who ran the register, seated guests, took orders, cleaned up tables and he was very fast , knowledgeable and efficient. The cook was just as fast and the orders came out in a timely fashion. Great experience!!!
Went early in the morning, one other table was oçcupied. took the waitress a solid 10 minutes to bring us a menu and ask what we wanted to drink. Then, when she finally came back to get our order.. no drinks in hand) took 45 minutes just to bring two plates out. still no drink....or the side of toast I asked for. finally I got coffee....then I watched her avoid the register like the plague. even though people were lining up.
Took over an hour to get our food. was not even what we ordered. waitress complained to us about her fellow employees. was not notified that they were out of sausage until right before our food was brought out to us. worst experience ever in all our travels going to Denny's.
