Caribou Coffee - Kenly

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, and they prepared it for me, but I left without realizing they hadn’t put the cream cheese on the bagel. By the time I stopped to eat, the bagel was cold and the cream cheese was still cold too, which made it tricky to spread. I wish I had known this before I left—maybe it’s a precaution due to the pandemic. Normally, I would expect the cheese to be on the bagel and warm enough to melt. But hey, they're first-world problems, right? Lol. On a positive note, the staff at Caribou Coffee were friendly.

I visited the Kenly location for the second time, and I have to say the coffee is quite good. It's a small spot in a travel area, making it a convenient stop. The Colombian light roast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. It's a great place to take a break while traveling. They also have a beautiful selection of beans for sale, making it a fantastic choice for chain coffee.

I got the campfire cooler, was very tasty. we'll get one if we're down here!

Caribou has the best mocha lattes. we need this chain in the northeast!

The woman at Caribou Coffee was incredibly kind, and my mint mocha was fantastic. The staff inside were really friendly; I received two bottles of water, and the restrooms were clean, complete with a nice changing area for kids.
