I found this restaurant on HappyCow and stopped in for a light lunch. I had a tea with soy milk (price not provided) and they had two vegan sandwich options. I chose the avocado and red pepper ciabatta. As a new celiac, I asked if the bread was gluten-free, but unfortunately it was not. The staff was very friendly and offered to make me something else at no extra charge. It was my mistake for not asking if the gluten-free bread was also vegan. I politely declined their offer and just had the fillings without the bread. For dessert, I chose the vegan and gluten-free flapjack cake, which was delicious! Overall, a tasty experience.
