Contribuiți la feedbackI will not recommend anyone to stay here. Room have mosquito. Even after inform to Hotel people, no action taken. Food is too spicy and oily. Once you order for food, it will take minimum 60 minutes to deliver u r room. Water shortage also a problem for this hotel. Room charge also high, If we consider overall facilities. Overall my stay was painful. Finally I plan checkout one day before. They don't have any intercom facilities to coordinate with hotel people. They have given one mobile number, maximum time they are not pick up. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 2

I put butter in the food, I ordered the butter, it gets hotter, I give it to the roti, but the roti is not hot, the roti is not hot. Service: 2 Location: 2
Not so impressive experience. I was disappointed. The manager didn't give proper information about the amenities and type of rooms available. I called 2-3 times before checking-in the hotel. I spoke few days before and also on the day when I was going to check-in. I had already discussed about the type of rooms, parking available, etc. I told him to keep a Non-AC room as I was on the way, travelling to some other place, i will reach in the evening and will check-out early morning. He told me rooms and parking are available. I reached at 7pm on 19th Jun. After checking me in, he says non-AC room is not available and only one AC room available ₹2400. Then the parking is also not available as he doesn't know about some work going on in his parking lot. He told me to park at the Rangia Rly Stn paid parking for ₹100. This if he had informed me earlier regarding the issues, i would have searched for some other hotels in the area. Giving last minute change of information Costs me an extra amount. The Manager was not even there to talk to me. I decided to park on the open road on my own, but the night staff somehow adjusted and parked my car in the basement. The AC room ₹2400 was ok, but small for me, wife and 2 kids, was not worth the price I paid. The toilet can be more clean and hygienic. Food was good. So only 3 stars from my side. Manager should be very clear about the amenities available, so that customer can have multiple options. Don't give last minute information after checking-in. Rooms: 3 Service: 2 Location: 2
