Wendy's - Kendallville

It had been a while since our last visit to Wendy's, and we were pleasantly surprised. The young gentleman who appeared to be the manager was attentive to ensuring that all customers were satisfied, and he made sure the tables were clean. I was just as impressed with this location as I have been with any restaurant I visited last year. I believe this young man, who is clearly capable of running the operation smoothly, has a bright future ahead. Congratulations to him!

We had a fantastic experience with the customer service! Our food was exactly what we ordered and served hot (except for our Frosty, of course).

I wouldn't recommend this place. Every time I order breakfast or even a regular sandwich, they seem to forget something.

The restaurant left cheddar cheese on my Baconator instead of substituting it with pepper jack, and this has happened again!

I was disappointed to find just small bits of bacon on my sandwich; I was really expecting at least one whole piece.
