Veronica's Old Town Cafe - Kenai

Just had lunch and the GF turkey pesto sandwich was delicious. However the only GF cookie was a “monster” cookie, and those contain peanuts. I cannot have peanuts, so no cookie for me. If they had more GF cookie options, I would rate this place higher.

Wonderful coffee shop with gluten free quiche, GF soups, cookies muffins. Yum. The coffee hot chocolate was delicious too. The Hungarian mushroom soup wonderful on a cold day by the water.

Love this little tucked away gem of Kenai. The rustic/hometown aesthetic is spot on. The staff is very sweet and helpful and the food is fantastic! Light yet filling foods. Fun place for a cup of coffee or grabbing a healthy bite to eat.Kid-friendliness: Fun things to look at as far as decoration wise and servers are very nice and helpful.

I was visiting family in Alaska and we went to this adorable cafe! The beautiful lilac tree in front greeted is in full bloom. It was so full of charm and character and had stunning views of the snow capped mountains and beautiful Russian church! We had the cashew chicken salad with corn bread cake and honey butter and it was delicious! I wasn’t sure about the pickled beets, but I loved them! The salad was very colorful, had excellent presentation, and was quite tasty. The life changing desserts live up to the claim! lol We had the Berry Crisp with ice cream and WOW! it was bursting with flavor and absolutely amazing!!! I highly recommend it! I really do think it changed my life!! ha ha ha
