Subway - Kenai

This Subway location offers the same experience as any typical Subway. The sandwiches were prepared just as you'd expect, with the usual layers of vegetables, meats, and so on. We ordered Buffalo chicken and tuna subs and settled in at the restaurant to enjoy our meal. The place was clean, and everything appeared to be working well — the fountain drink station and tea selection were both impressive. I couldn't find anything negative to say about this location. Personally, I would rate the subs between 3 to 4 stars, depending on the specific choice and toppings. In this instance, everything looked fresh and tasted exactly as anticipated.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was very disappointing, and the staff seemed unprofessional—they appeared unkempt and did not wear gloves while handling food. I believe this establishment should be seriously evaluated by health authorities.

Sierra took my order, and she was wonderful. I have a gluten allergy, and she meticulously wiped down the counter and all the utensils. She took my order separately and ensured that no other sandwiches were being prepared that could risk cross-contamination until mine was properly wrapped and bagged.

Went to subway, they have always had great sandwiches so I got my wife one for her to take to her work at the hospital, the soldotna subway gave me a sandwich with mold on the bread on it. My wife called the next day to inform them and told them she did not want a refund or new sandwich but just wanted to let them know. She was berated by whoever answered that they make the bread fresh daily! Can bread get mold in only hours? These are unfortunate times but we all want to help each other out as much as possible so we have been doing our best to order from open resturants.

I visited the Subway location located inside Kenai Alaska Walmart. It was the WORST experience and the most unprofessional employees I have ever delt with. I was served frozen food. Treated disrespectfully. Will not be a returning customer or recommend this location.
