Contribuiți la feedbackThis was honestly the worst experience I've ever had! I ordered a 12-inch sandwich, a 6-inch sandwich, and two bottles of water, and it cost me $44. The place was dirty, the lettuce was old and brown, there was a crusty layer on the tuna, and the bread was hard and stale. The staff member there seemed low-energy and uninterested. When I asked him what kind of pickles they had, he replied, "I don’t know, I don’t eat pickles." Seriously? You can’t find out? Overall, the sandwiches were terrible, the tables were dirty, the service was poor, and the prices were outrageous. My advice? Buy something from the deli instead; you definitely want to avoid this place!
This review is for the Subway located by the Safeway in Kenai. I visited the store two days in a row, and both times, the food was excellent, service was quick, and the prices were reasonable. On my second visit, something went slightly awry, but I don’t want to get into specifics because Tori was exceptional in handling the situation. I believe she is a shift manager or some sort of supervisor, and she transformed what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. She is exactly the kind of employee you want on your team! I’m looking forward to my next visit!
Steer clear of this Subway location unless you don't mind receiving the totally wrong sandwich.
We enjoy subway the staff are very nice, we enjoy how fast they make our Sandwich while talking to us and making it very pleasant to dine in. .JOJO
The shrinkflation is real. Sandwiches are now more air than anything ?go to Jersey subs
