Carl's Jr. - Kenai

Today at the bangs jr. in kenai ak. not impressed. the manager was anxious that no one took a headdress so that he could go on break, the gegner had a hat on, no more obvious floor. hair was everywhere except under him. a kerl had not even a hat while he worked on preparing the food. lady spent more time with the customers on a table flirting and with the whip cream to spray them (an old couple right behind the table rose up and pulled on the other side of the resteraunt,) the whip cream out the floor with a flap, touched her feet to refresh her shoes, and then went and pulled without her hands flying. where the food is prepared was a terrible chaos. other customers had to wait for someone because most of the crew snooped around and joking with each other. I have been in food service for 20 years and have never seen such a pathetic disgusting crew and manager that has made more fun than to make customers happy. never back.

The 2 laufwerk thru’s know that they are the only option. the owner of this franchise must have more people on the personal. Start firing it. they just don't care about quality. I have given the advantage of the doubt too long. command several bad service points and confused. they can sit on the car for a long time and then their order can be grounded. they'll run out and tell you when you get in the window. in the Burger bus or elsewhere. it will be faster and more accurate.

From what the locals told me , there service was poor. It's no longer open..sad cause I like my Carl's back home and wanted a good burger..

This place was awfully dirty. the floor in the kitchen to the dining area was illuminated with food and dirt. the back door of the kitchen was stacked with truce and food cartons. the doors were so lubricated that I had to open with my sweatshirt over my hand; especially the door to the play area. I personally wiped our living room with hygienic towels before my children can sit.

We love to eat at the kenai and find ourselves here when we eat in kenai! eating is delicious, and although the service can be slow, sometimes they were always friendly and mistaken properly made.
