Tim Hortons - Kemptville

I ordered two cheese croissants with butter, but unfortunately, both of them were burnt. That was quite disappointing.

This place is terrible there was a lady waiting there for 10 minutes to take her order and finally they got there and she said no forget it I will go to a different fast food place. absolutely the worst tim hortons ever.

This location excels at helping people who entered the drive thru behind you before helping you, and they do it all the time.

Great staff and atmosphere at this location. It's a nice feeling when everybody knows your name!

The customer service I experienced was quite abrupt, possibly the worst I've encountered at any Tim Hortons. They could definitely benefit from some additional training for their staff. As for parking, it's always a challenge to find a spot near the restaurant.
