Whataburger - KEMAH

Dec 5, 2020 I went and ordered a chili cheese burger. I live down at the towers so it?s not a far drive what so ever, I started to bite into my burger and the chilli was cold! That morning at 3am I started having stomach problems and I developed a mildcase of food poisoning. If you?re going to be serving food make sure everything is heated correctly, instead of making peoplesick.

Placed on like order 11:50am. App said it would be down between 12:20pm-12:23pm. Got there to pick up our order at 12:25pm and hadn't been started yet. Finally got the order at 11:50. Got home with the order and everything was wrong. Whataburger seems tobe getting bad like McDonald's

I want to shout out a worker at this whataburger, who was completely patient and nice throughout our drive thru visit. Seemed like everyone in the car forgot what they were ordering. He was very assuring that it was completely okay and to take our timeas we ordered, all while still repeating the order to make sure it was correct. Thank you, Alastair G. ?

It was around 11 at night and I ordered to dine in and was given quick service. I would rate it 5 stars but they lost my order in the process so I waited for a bit before I asked about my food. The food is warm and fresh do that's not a problem for me. Iwould suggest after 6 minutes asking about your food so long as it's not super busy. The bathrooms were clean and had soap aswell as paper towels so that's a win no matter where u eat.

2nd time eating at Whataburger. They don't disappoint. I got exactly what I ordered, it was pretty empty when we gpr there but the drive-thru was really busy. I wish we Whataburger closer to Wisconsin. Will definitely return!
