Terrace Cafe - Kelso

A beautiful caffe in the grounds of the flores castle. personal very friendly and polite. eating was a takeaway package, but they could consume it in caffe. good quality.

Fabulous food in a vibrant atmosphere. Nothing to much trouble and absolutely spotless

I absolutely love going to this restaurant, especially on a sunny day when the terrace is delightful. Both the food and service are excellent, and the staff are always cheerful and eager to assist. If I lived closer, I would definitely be a regular visitor. It can get quite busy, but I've always been fortunate to secure a table. I recommend making a reservation if they accept them. The indoor seating is also nice, but I would highly recommend dining al fresco.

I'm usually not a fan of cafes at popular tourist spots in Britain, but this one was a delightful surprise. They have tables set up in a lovely walled garden, which is a wonderful place to sit when the weather is nice. We enjoyed our BLT and chicken sandwich, both accompanied by a beautiful, fresh mixed salad. There were also many tempting cakes and baked goods on display.

This is a beautiful café located next to the lovely gardens, where you can enjoy the sounds of birds. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. The only thing I would have preferred is if my panini had been heated properly, as the cheese didn’t melt and the tomato was cold.
