Would you like a really pleasant meal? come here! a menu that has enough choice, but is not overwhelming. a menu where they still have hardships to choose because it sounds good and it turns out that it looks and tastes excellent. in front of the house are friendly, amusing and attentive. if they live in the borders or only visit, then pay lemon and thyme a visit. in my view, this is the best restaurant in the borders. we were back and I thought I should update the review? was it as good as I remember? oh yes! ryan didn't see us in front of the house for sure what to have because they like the view of everything on the menu, or what to combine with their meal? ryan is there to help and knows his eating and drinking. the kitchen produced consistent, qualitatiw high quality food, although it was a busy night and I think the restaurant could have been full. we'll be back next month.

Very good food. really inventive menu and the cook was very courteous in the production of a large child meal. a change from the usual pub fare in kelso and excellent beverage selection also.

Delicious food, good service. came with my other half to eat while I was with related. would highly recommend.

Our first time here. what a fantastic little place. the atmosphere was very welcoming: soft piano music, friendly staff, warm decor. and eating was excellent fresh aromen, beautiful presentation and just so damn delicious. we will surely come back and thank them so much.
