Tim Hortons - Kelowna

Fantastic location and the staff are very efficient! The line moves quickly and even when it's busy it doesn't take long at all!

Friendly service and perfect location. Just expect them to open for longer than usual. Visited again: Service was very slow

There was only one young girl working at the restaurant around 5:00pm, not empty place, because an event in the downtown for the 'Downtown Kelowna Light Up! ', She was doing a great job, so fast, so friendly, no more than 6 minutes in line.

I ordered food from here off of skip the dishes. The iced capp machine wasn’t working and they tried to reach me to inform me (see picture attached of the note they left me) anyway, the drink they ended up customizing me to taste like an iced capp ended up being even better than the real thing! I was so surprised that they would go above and beyond as to do this for me, instead of cancelling my order like most other restaurants would do. Great work staff and thank you!

Had a chicken noodle soup, peach cooler and shared half a bacon sandwich with my sis. Tasted good. Noddle is actually pasta, but would really be good on a rainy day. Sandwich was delicious, though simple bacon, lettuce and mayo.
