Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Kelowna

The food was great, the service was great. the prices were reasonable. There is always a good variety at red robins, prices are ok, its not cheap no matter where you eat.

Even though there are great choices we almost always get the same thing. Consistent and great taste. Love the yam fries.

The staff was helpful with the massive menu, pointing out which were his favourites. The kids enjoyed the free refills on the drinks and the fries. Service was quick the burgers were tasty. Will return!

Has a great lunch while visiting Kelowna for the day. We had a great appetizer to start and an awesome burger! Although we asked for "well done" fries, they came looking a little anemic. When we pointed this out to the server, she apologized and said she would get some more. We had a least 2 other people come over to apologize and check on us. Great customer service!! The fries came, well done, as requested and were awesome!

Came from Cranbrook BC yesterday and had dinner at red Robbin, the food was good (all though my boyfriend didn't approve of the poutine) and the milkshake I had was delicious. The best part about our dinner was the service, we had a younger looking girl with blonde hair named Ali and she was very very kind and made my night with how good the service was. Definitely will go back. I hope this girl gets paid well! She deserves it, from what I saw and experienced her service was far better than the other waitresses (i interacted with three)
