Pakora Place Sweet Shop - Kelowna

We love Indian food, what happened on earth? was the regular cook not on board or what. this little caffe was recommended and our experience was terrible. we ordered butter huh and veg corma mild. mild does not mean "no seasoning". very sweet and no taste except the sweet one. only bonus was the huhn was tender and much veg in the korma (believe they were frozen veg.) we had Indians in a series of kelowna restaurants and have never experienced such a catastrophe. we love to support the local business, but we will not order here again.

Great food, friendly owners. a friend told me about them and said to try them. very happy. great butter chicken. hot, fresh and delicious!

Best butter huh in the city, absolutely love her naan brot, need to order extra of this also every time.

Foods always amazing. So is the service. They change the spice level to your likeness. Always good. Highly recommended!!

Don’t let the appearance outside fool you, there’s good food inside. I ordered take out. Good value for the money. Fed a family of 4 well for about $12/person and had a bit left over for the next day. Authentic Indian menu and great flavours....Can’t go wrong at this place if you want Indian food in Rutland.
