Fries are cold and have no seasoning, wrap had a ton of lettuce, beef was so chewy and too big to even eat.

Awesome place! They gave us all their extra food at the end of the night.

All staff at Opa 's on Banks Rd in Kelowna are awesome but a special shout out too Prabhjeet and Gurbhej These two ladies are the BEST; they see me coming and have my order memorized along with my rewards number. They are always there, smiling, friendly, efficient and just really great at their job. I own a company and if they had the skills that I require I would hire them in a second!!!!! My food is always quick, hot and exactly what I 've asked for.Parking: You are able to park right in front of the store.

I went in today to grab a takeout lunch, and when I filled my fountain drink, I interrupted a ton of fruitflies that were hanging out in the overflow reservoir. I was so shocked at the amount of bugs that I put a lid on my drink, grabbed my food, and left. On the way to the car, I started thinking that these flies had probably been in the spout and the entire drink machine. Threw my entire meal in the garbage. If there was enough stagnant spilled pop to collect bugs and not be noticed by the staff, how bad is the rest of the store? Yuck.
