Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

UPDATE: So very impressed with Vic at Mucho Burrito for taking the time out to hear what my complaint was and offered to rectify the mistake. He went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. Mucho Burrito will always be my first choice for healthy, fast food. Thank you, again, Vic. ?Not impressed with Mucho Burrito at all today. I'm currently in the hospital and my husband said he would go pick up my favorite food as a treat. So, I ordered online for pick up at 11:15 am, today. I did not get anything that I ordered that came to over$22. This was supposed to be the highlight of my many days of being in such a depressing place. What am I supposed to do with food I can't eat ?! ?

This is the first time i have got worst food to eat. The girl named preet was very rude while she was preparing food. Corns were burnt out and beans didn’t tasted good at all.

Portions are appropriate for the price. Quality is top notch. Server's very friendly. Definitely 5 star worthy.

Busy during our visit. Agreeable service but it was quite slow. Food was good, but not wow.

Food always tastes so good and fresh here. I was particularly impressed with the customer service today, the gentleman named Gagan was professional and extremely helpful. Well done, young man!!
