Mcdonald's - Kelowna

After that, we were told to wait for our food at Reserve 3. We ended up waiting longer than usual for a drive-thru. Our order was not that complicated: a quarter pound cheese with a Diet Coke, fries, and a cheeseburger. But that wasn’t all! The guy who took our order didn’t say a single polite word, and they forgot our drinks. When we pointed that out as he was walking away, we hoped someone would help us, but no one did. Eventually, my boyfriend got out of the car to go to the checkout window himself, and the McDonald’s staff didn't even apologize for the awful service we received! I will never eat at this restaurant again! Never! McDonald’s needs to stop hiring people off the street or, at the very least, train them properly to do their jobs well. By the way, my cheeseburger was disgustingly over-sauced with ketchup, and it oozed out with the first bite.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was unprofessional and slow, often distracted by their phones while customers waited for their orders. They even got some orders wrong. One customer actually left because it took so long that his break ended. This is not what I expect from a fast food place! They really need to step up their game.

Overall, the service is incredibly slow. Today, I ordered two flurries and watched as four other customers were served in the drive-thru while I waited. Eventually, I decided to go inside to collect my order. It's worth noting that when I pulled up, there was no one else in the drive-thru, and at 3:30 PM, the inside wasn't busy either. There was no explanation for the lengthy wait, and the staff never came to the window to inform me about the delay. If it weren't for the numerous service issues, I wouldn't have felt the need to write this review. However, I’ve decided that I won’t return to this location, even though it's the most convenient option. It seems that the service quality started to decline about two years ago—perhaps due to new management? Today was the final straw for me, prompting this review. I highly recommend steering clear of this location and considering another McDonald's or restaurant just down the road.

One of the best McDonald’s location in Kelowna. All the crew and managers are very friendly.

Stopped here right at a busy lunch rush, we were greeted with an employee saving us a table that was free. As soon as we sat down my kids were given coloring sheets while we waited for our food. Great service! Best I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s
