Extreme Pita - Kelowna

Went to extreme pita on Sunday morning and the men were organising the shop as it had just opened. They were very friendly, checked dietary restrictions and preferences. The computer broke down and restarted and they offered to buy the pita for me so that I wouldn't be late. I insisted on paying but I think that they should be thanked again by management for their service. I don't know their names, but thank you!

I tried this restaurant for the first time and the woman working behind the counter was friendly and very efficient. I ordered the Thursday falafel wrap special and she had it ready in just two minutes. I thought it was much better than Subway and similar places. I have no complaints and the price of 7 dollars was reasonable. I would give this fast food joint a 4 out of 5 rating based on this visit.

They should post somewhere that they don't offer soup at this location, I was really looking forward to that and they tell me after I had already ordered everything, the Berry smoothie I got had no taste, it was horrible and the pita wasn't that great either, seemed there was more veggies and stuff than actual meat, I am extremely disappointed and most likely will never go back

The staff at this particular location are often rude and lack customer service skills. They are always chatting to one another, they don't make eye contact with you when you are ordering and it always feels like it's inconvenient for them to make you a pita, or they just hate their jobs. I hope they take this review into consideration as extreme pita is a good place to get a decent lunch.

We have been to the extreme Pita in Chiiliwack several times, 5 star every time. After our drive to Kelowna from Abbotsford we were looking for a quick bite. Hey Extreme Pita would hit the spot. It was terrible to put it mildly. First we were informed no fresh tomato, ok we ca live with that. I ordered the chicken fajita wrap, it had no salsa , no cheese mix and chicken was non existent. Lots of jalapeño and romaine lettuce. I couldn't finish it, it was that bad. My partner had the philly cheese steak, another huge dissapointment. Would never go here again.
