Domino's Pizza - Kelowna

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to in my 50 years. I strongly advise against going here and wasting your money.

Pizza ordered at 5:10. It was said 10 15 minutes to pick it up. Because of the virus, it was said to call again when we were there. Hubby and I drove for the 15 minutes. Then we called and said it should be in... a few moments.5:25 Hubby went to the door many people waited there). He waited 10 minutes, but it was cold, so came back to the car we had to park far away. Open up and we moved near the door. 5:40. The people came and went and hubby repeatedly pulled out his name that was on the order. 5:50 Girls came to the car to get names and phone numbers back. I was back and wanted to tell us that there was no such order. She always went back. At the end of 6:05 she took a new order for us and we told them they could deliver it for free. 7:00 the order was delivered but the portable debit machine does not work. Realize it wasn't the delivery guys mistake as it was its first delivery) He had to get back and get another machine and come back. Our Friday night after a long hard week in my nudebies essential service the whole evening was spent to get a bite to eat Ruined all. This location is led by what looked like a bunch of teenagers who were soooo unorganized. Never will they use pizza again was not bad, but...

I appreciate this restaurant's dedication to fast service, but it feels chaotic with suppliers rushing in and out. I can't help but feel guilty dining here as the staff seem to be under extreme pressure. It's unclear if this is a corporate policy or just strict management, but it's a bit over the top. While it's understandable to move quickly with deliveries, the urgency from the staff is a bit extreme. I just hope they don't drive as fast as they move between the store and their cars!

The service at the restaurant was excellent, however, I was not impressed with the quality of the food. The dishes were well-prepared, but I found that too many ingredients were covered with cheese. This particular style of pizza may not be to my taste.

Had a hard time getting exactly what we wanted on the app, trying to order the coupon special, so we called and the person that answered was very helpful getting the order right, even though it was not possible on the app.
