Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Kelowna

I drove to this location today. Showed the lady at the drive thru my app that says they have a buy 2 singles for $6.00 or 2 doubles for $9.00. She would honour the 2 singles for $6.00 but not the 2 doubles for $9.00. Said I have to show her a 5 digit number that doesn't even show up on the app. Deleting your stupid app and not returning. Same thing happened at the Lakeshore DQ yesterday. I stupidly bought the 2 singles there. Not today!!!You're a very greedy business.

Absolutely brutal manager…doesn’t seem to understand customer service on National Free Ice Cream Day: Daniel completely sucks at his job. but threw away an Ice Cream in front of us that wasn’t up to standard). Daniel sucks. There is my ‘free’ Ice Cream cone that I paid for: Oh, and he laughed at us too…seriously?! Who does that?

Legendary service at this DQ. Whomever is running the late night drive thru should get a raise

I visit DQ's throughout the Okanagan Valley at minimum 5 times a week at various locations. The one at Gordon and Harvey stands out as the best. It's so well run and organized I have never had an issue with the food or the service. Very impressed!

Ordered a pecan mudslide at the drive-through. Was greeted at the window with a different item, and when I told her that was not what I ordered, she went and got her manager, and I was treated very rudely by him as well at the window told me they don’t serve that here And snarkly gave me a refund . I had no problem getting the exact same item on the west side. Customer service was definitely at a zero.
