The service is incredibly fast; you can place an order and receive a full delivery the next day, without the lengthy waits of one to two weeks that other services often require. We've also visited the store twice to sample some meals, and Cade at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, answering all our questions. We're excited to continue using Fit Meals Prep for the long term!

I’m obsessed. Fit Meals Prep is the 4th meal prep company I’ve tried and the quality and taste of the food far surpasses my prior experiences. The ability to have healthy restaurant quality meals in my fridge that will be ready within 2 minutes has made a huge difference in my nutrition/fitness routine. Favorites are the beef tenderloin with asparagus and sweet potato, shrimp Alfredo, and chicken teriyaki. Give it a try!

I was getting tired of my previous meal prep company, and the quality had been going downhill fast over the last couple of months; so I decided to give Fit Meals Prep a try. OMG!!!! They have 100% of my business now!!! Everything I ordered from the steak shrimp (high protein) to the broccoli chicken alfredo (high protein) to the teriyaki salmon and sprouts was phenomenal! Love the environmentally friendly packaging as well!
