Buffalo Wild Wings - Keller

Every time I visit Buffalo Wild Wings, the servers always take a bit longer than expected to greet us or check on us. This is making me reluctant to return.

I really enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings, but this location fell short. The food was cold, and my wings were overcooked and tough. Overall, everything was quite disappointing.

We had an excellent experience with the service, despite visiting on a busy Tuesday evening. Our waitress was incredibly attentive, promptly clearing our plates and refilling our drinks without us having to ask. Although the wait for our food was longer than we anticipated, I suppose that’s to be expected on a buy one/get one half off night.

I dined in around 10:30 PM, and the food was absolutely delicious. The waiter was fantastic and brought everything out quickly, along with water—we had just come in from outside, so the water refill was much appreciated. I ordered the Asian Zing and Garlic Parmesan, both of which were scrumptious, and we also got a large fry (though I had already started eating before taking photos, so I apologize for that). The fries were enough for four people. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that there was an odor similar to a gym locker when we walked in! However, the food was still amazing.
