Pizzeria Il Porcino - Kelheim

I went to visit family in Kelheim and was taken out by my folks for a half English-German lunch. The decor at Il Porcino is a little rustic, which is to be expected in rural Bavaria. But you are not here for the decor, but for the food. If you are not a local, the place is a little bit out of the way, but well worth coming to just for the food. In the summer you may need to book I table I was told by my mother. The pizza is amazing and thin crusted. Lots of different flavours. One of the best I had in this part of Bavaria. We also had starters and dessert, which were great. The staff is very friendly, even when it is busy and we managed fine in German as well as in English. Thank you!

We were here for the first time today. Unfortunately, but also the first and last salad tastefully not good pizzas ok Pasta was still quite good. No EC card payment is also possible.

Furniture look cheap, the ambience is primitive! You can NOT pay with card such as EC card, Girocard, etc!
