Was in line on 12/24/2023 with a lot of other folks. The lights were on inside when we got in line. There were about 4 other cars in front of us, or more. We waited about 26 minutes before I walked to the car by the squawk box and asked if anyone had talked to Hime; he said no. I said, you might want to drive up to the window because I am not sure that anyone is working; I called twice and no one answered, and the Starbucks on Lancaster is open. He drove on. I had to talk to the next car in front of us also; we just wanted to go at this point, as it has been 36 min. Very rude to not let us, a long line of us know that they were closing and would not serve us. The lights on the sign and kiosk in the drive through line never went off.
