Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Keizer

Went in tonight and there was 4 people standing around like always when pull up to drive thru always waiting for 5 minutes for them to come back then ask what we ready to order came in for 2 blizzards and order mediums and got one small and one medium then went back to drive thur didn’t wanna answer me have pic of what they game me time and date stamped with receipt

Just took my 3 grandkids to Dairy Queen in Keizer for an after school treat. We ordered ice cream in a dish, they didn’t have spoons. We ordered French fries, they didn’t have ketchup. We ordered chicken strips, they didn’t have ranch. We got the gravy and it looked like glue. What’s up DQ? Lower your prices or raise your service?

Stopped in today for lunch with a relative and we both had ice cream. We both noticed that the ice cream was not 100% white, creamy and smooth like it used to be. I have no idea what happened. We were not happy with the ice cream.

Same food for the last 20 years, shame the prices changes so much though. The wife and I generally wait for deals in the app on Blizzards, otherwise it's too expensive for what you get from the hot food.

Havnt eaten there in 3 years, ever since they charged me damn near 4 dollars for a large water. I did try them again, but left the drive through early as they weren't interested in working with me on substituting toppings my kids couldn't have on their ice cream. There's better places.
