I want to express my gratitude for the wonderful afternoon tea we had today. The food was delicious and fresh. We will definitely come back. I highly recommend this place. The surprise gift was a nice touch.

I went for afternoon tea with two friends and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was satisfied.

This is my favorite place to go for breakfast. The portions are large and delicious. The service is friendly and the prices are very reasonable.

Great hidden gem, we popped in on way home from our holiday hungry and Boat and Barn didnt disappoint and dog friendly too! what a added bonus. staff lovely and friendly and food is delicious. Highly recommend

Was at the boat and barn for breakfast today. Had the boatie breakfast. Which is poached haddock eggs and tomatoes. Along with toast. Lovely meal and very good value for money. Pleasant staff thank you
