The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to choose the specific ingredients we wanted for our unique dishes. However, the chips were a bit soggy and could have been cooked longer in the fryer.

The drive-thru service is very quick, but every time I have been there my order has been missing something, such as chips, sauce, or nuggets.

Fantastic, just like every other KFC location. The food is always served hot and fresh, and they never mess up orders, unlike McDonald's in Taylor's Lakes.

Often run from chicken, chips or more often cold than hot. Some of the employees are simply rude. Didn't have a date salad.

Need more attention on the table when Diners leave. I always have only one person on the front to take orders, even if there is a long queue... another in the drive-thru window... and the rest inside. Male's toilet is terrible... needs regular cleaning.
