Shimla Spice - Keighley

We order from Shimla quite alot and the food is always bob on. I write this review as tonight's meal was absolutely perfect in every way! I ordered a Mix Madras Asian Style and a Creamy Chicken Massala. Both dishes arrived in very good time and were just totally amazing! Perfectly cooked with generous amounts of the specified ingredients. Best restaurant by far! Perfect!

First visit to Shimla Spice in Keighley, though have been to the Shipley branch quite a few times. Meeting up with old friends and this was the choice for the evening. Easy to book and we were shown to our table when all had arrived. Menus were handed out and we were given plenty of time to make our decisions, which we needed as there was plenty of choice. Attentive waiters made suggestions for some choices and we chatted whilst waiting in anticipation as well as enjoying the poppadoms provided. Our started arrived and we set to, all were enjoyed tremendously and we looked forward to our main courses. Customers are allowed to bring their own drinks and glasses will be supplied. We did ask for water and we were well supplied throughout the meal. There were five of us, all making individual choices with meat or vegetarian dishes as well as choices of naan breads or rice. All dishes were highly praised by all. The servings were very generous and a couple of our party had to ask for 'doggy bags ' to take their remainders home. All in all an excellent and attentive service. This branch is clearly a popular spot as, even on a midweek evening, it was very busy. Definitely worth a try.

Great food and friendly staff. Had a party of 10+ for a 60th birthday and they were very accommodating for us. Will definitely be going back!
