Luca's Mediterranean Cafe - Keene

The food was out of this world amazing. The mussels ala Luca were a huge highlight. The whipped feta was smooth and sweet with hints of lemon. My ribeye was cooked perfectly rare and the sides were absolutely to die for. I got a feathered friends beer that was just the right amount of sour and sweet with touches of mango and peach. Service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing and the restaurant was romantic and quiet. Parking: Parking is sparse due to the city and can be found down Washington Street for free street parking and nearby for paid 2 hour parking.

Every time we’ve been, we’ve lived the menu and the food served. Servers are great, atmosphere excellent. You won’t be disappointed.

We love Luca's and feel it's the best food in town. The food is above average and menu a thoughtful selection with offerings not found in other restaurants in Keene. Service is good and could be excellent if they had additional wait staff. They're not quite a 5 star place in our book, but we are quite discerning and excellent chef's ourselves.

First time going to this restaurant it was superb! The beet arugula salad was mouthwatering and the Moroccan salmon was some of the best I have had in a long while. Next time I'm in Keene, NH I will definitely go again. Our server, Katie was very friendly and helpful in helping us understand the unique flavors. Don't miss this one!

I brought my crush here on a date (finally got the chance after waiting years). I have nothing negative to say, except there were some blind dudes being really loud. I thought it was good entertainment, she got mad at me for waving my hands in front of them. First she ordered a Diet Coke, was this a red flag? I didn't care, I ordered one too. We split a Caesar Salad, very good, very very good. I choked on a crouton, very embarrassing, very very embarrassing. The truth is as we kept chatting and I looked in her eyes we forgot about ordering food in a timely manner. Luckily the service was impeccable and waited as we struggled looking through the delicious menu. After some time, I ordered the Chicken Parmigiano, and she ordered the Pappardelle Beef Ragu, but the truth is, we shared the meals, this date was going very well. And the food did not disappoint, all very delicious. As we talked more and learned more about each other the dark lighting in the restaurant created a fantastic environment, ambience was on point. Also side note there was this adorable baby sitting across the room that kept looking at us, super cute, I suggest they hire that baby to create that vibe for everyone. When they asked if we wanted desert we didn't know, but I saw her eyes look at me and although she didn't speak I knew she wanted that Tiramisu (I wanted the Tiramisu). After desert we realized we'd spent nearly two and a half hours in this restaurant, it was a great time and I'd recommend to anyone else trying to impress a very pretty girl.
