Secondly, the waitress never came by to not even ask how it is. The basket in which my sandwich basket was in it had a lot of brillo. I recognized it after I had eaten my sandwich because the wrapper covered it. I had to get up to pay. Because the waitress never bothered collecting the check, and I told her about the Brillo and that I still paid for my food, but I just let her know. She gave me a dirty look and laughed like I was trying to do things to get free food. I told her several times, I don't need anything free that I let you know. She kept saying it's just Brillo and it's on the basket and laughed. At this point I was annoyed and we went back and forth about their rudeness and bad customer service. I was there
I made a simple order of orange juice, no ice, and a croissant very little butter They couldn't make it right Everything I go or call, I make simple orders and they can't ever get it right I don't know if is because there is a lack of good customer service or they just do whatever they want. Not even try the place, not worth it.
I had the best experience, the customer service was excellent, the food (I ordered a Creole pavilion) was delicious, I loved it. I recommend it
Ordered a couple of Cuban sandwiches from here. They were good, the only complaint was the soggy bread, no crisp to it at all. You can tell they never went in the presser for the bread to have the flatness and crisp to it that it should have.
The arepas , tequeños and pavilion are good The cachapas are not good or close to a Venezuelan cachapa Do not sell Venezuelan empanadas ,sell pastelitos Not a Venezuelan restaurant Food a little expensive
