He picked up a tiny piece of bacon from the side and tried to show it to me. I wasn’t born yesterday. I lifted the croissant he handed me after he claimed it had bacon, and it was clear that the one I initially showed him still had no bacon at all. It would have been perfectly acceptable to just make a new one, but gaslighting a customer is unprofessional and incredibly rude. Your staff should be ashamed. This kind of behavior can seriously affect someone's day. Please be mindful of how you treat customers.

I visited this restaurant and noticed that the staff appeared to be in a really bad mood. Even though today is a holiday and it's close to closing time, they still didn’t provide me with my receipt. They really need to work on their service. Attention franchise owner!

The staff is fantastic! They do their utmost even with the crowds and during the pandemic. They are courteous and friendly. Everything I order is well-prepared, and there's a great selection of food and drinks. I also really appreciate the location.
