The half of my order is missing and no one takes the phone off! eating my child isn't here, my hay fever isn't here, my drinks aren't here. the door Dash type did not say his problem that I must call the load. I can't go, how can I get my lunch?
My original review was (big employee because I always treated with the same guy on the drive through the window, but today I had to meet Veronica smh where they found it? I move to the window after the order of 2 meals and she opens the window and doesn't even look at me as she tries with her friend in spanish with my hand from the window to give her money, she finally takes the money I'm going to ask her about the wobbly rings that I have ordered and everything I'm getting ready to talk to her as I said she was sorry about the noou that not what I wanted to ask so that I told her, no I wanted to ask if u can make sure that they are fresh and I swear that they rolled their eyes on me and said safe and went away. she gets my eating hands I ask her for ketchup and she gives me 2 packages for 2 meals and closes the window to run back to her friend, so about 2 to 3 minutes later I see her coming back to me, I ask her for more ketchup and she nvr gave me the sosse for the wobbles and puts the sose into my pocket and nvr gave me the stuff.
The burgers we ordered, tasted absolutely disgusting! that was the third time in order (3 streiks and you're out) we wouldn't eat again at this place, even if they paid for it.
I've honestly never seen a staff so intent on keeping their backs to the customer. They will literally turn around, see you waiting for service, look you dead in the eye, and then turn their backs to you, all while doing absolutely nothing. There's a reason this place is so slow. The ability to do more than ONE thing at once is lost on them
